Exam Pass, questions were unexpected
I received my discount voucher yesterday from Comptia and scheduled the exam for earlier today, obviously as the title says, I passed.
The only studying I did was yesterday, I took the free practice exams from different vendors and read up a little on wiki about terms/tech.
I was surprised that my exam had little to do with actual security technologies and mostly to do with what I consider administrative practices, that seemed to be the main difference compared to the practice exams which were more about specific technologies. Additionally the questions were worded unlike how anyone would actually frame a sentence, but that's to be expected with any sort of exam.
My advice is be comfortable with what you know, don't sweat it, use deductive reasoning if you are unsure of the answer, and relax.
Bottom line
Keep Calm and Carry On
It worked for the Brits and it will work for your certs.
Cheers,
-Joe

Good advice during an exam. Unless the question developer doesn't start war on two fronts.
Congrats!!
