CME CDR to SQL Server

Hey guys,
Anyone know of an easy and free way of moving CDR files from CME into SQL server? I sorta assumed it would be able to to this out of the box and was wrong. I am thinking at this point of getting a DBA friend to write a function on SQL to pull in and delete the csv files from a FTP server? But that just feels unclean and isn't something I can hand over to a help desk without dirty looks.
Thoughts?
