HDI Certs

Not exactly sure what happened. But suddenly my boss brought up HDI certification? Any idea what these area? I have never heard of them.

He wants the "entire" team HDI certified by May. They seem to be basically a series of A+ level tests.

Thoughts?

    I have the HDI Support Center Analyst certification... their website is www.thinkhdi.com

    it's more or less common sense, but some studying might help... i think you need to get an 80% to pass... it's a lot like the customer service section of A+, or some call it ITIL lite....

    at first I thought it was dumb, but like I put in other posts I have seen 2 or 3 job listings asking for it specifically in my area and in my most recent interview that's the only cert they really took notice of
