Last year I attempted the 83-640 twice but the exam crashed. I got a voucher to take the 70-640 and had to use it by the end of this year. I took today and passed with a 820.
When I was prepping last year I used the MS press book and CBT nuggets. I didn't have time to go back through those this time, so I bought a Self-Test exam and their additional 220 page PDF studyguide for $25. The study guide was very helpful.
I upgraded our domain at work this year to 2008 R2 and spent a lot of time with DNS lately, so that helped.
The last 10 questions of the test were on certificate services, which was my weak area, but I must have guessed the answers to those well enough!

Probably the infrastructure exam. 70-642 I think it is.
I'm in the middle of an Exchange migration right now, so I feel I need to do some more reading there as well. -
