Accessing router from the web..

iv got a 2503 router .. and i wanted to know if i can login to the router from the web?
i have broadband with a belkin broadband router/switch
anyone got any ideas on how id go about configuring it..

put the router e0 or fa0 on the belkin router port and then open a telnet port on the belkin to point to the 2500 router and config the 2500 to accept telnet connections

if i understand your question correctly,
you can just
http://your_router_ip
-> but it must have been setup to accept it : ip http server ; on the global config.
if you are more advanced user you can use ciscoworks.
