Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModIt's a virtual hard drive image of Windows Server 2003 R2, meaning you could mount that file in Virtual PC, Hyper-V, or even VMWare and have a running, pre-installed version of Server 2003 R2 to play with.

Cool
I have virtual pc already installed.
Do I have to use all 4 of those files?
When I launch the VM do I just want to point the path to the exe?
Sorry I'm junk lol -

Yes I think so and I also think that the iso one is no longer available so that's pretty much the only one to get Windows 2003 R2 -

I got it. I ran the exe and then pointed the VM to the VMC file.
Not really hard lol -

Hmm then maybe VHD version is different, what does it say in the documentation ? -

Not much. Says it will be included with my link in the email. I downloaded it from the website not the email I never received an email. I did look at the winver.exe and it showed the 180 trial with an end date of 10/2/2011
Maybe it's already registered and I should just ignore those messages. -

Since it says 180 trial then there is nothing to worry about at all. -
