Want to get a raise...

I just need to know how to bring it up to my superior(s). I've never asked for a raise before at any job I've had. I want to be as tactful as possible. Should I do it by phone or by e-mail? What exactly should I say? It would be in the range of 15% (I don't make that much).

Do it in private and in person.

I'd check the job boards and check salaries for similar jobs in the area. Then bring up those salaries during the meeting.

In person and be sure to back up your reasons about why you should have one. Google it, there's a few good sites on how to create a constructive argument for a pay increase.
