Citrix - Secure Gateway
Daniel333
Hey guys,
I was given an ISO and told to setup a Citrix Secure Gateway for a client's XenApp implementation. I have never even seen Secure Gateway before. Heck, or really even heard of it.
Can someone point me to a book? CBT? Or maybe a solid blog?

look through the citrix documentation. you should be able to find an installation checklist, installation guide, and maybe an administrators guide for it. Make sure what you are installing is compatible with the version of web interface and Xenapp your client is running.
I think there is a forum at brianmadden.com that focuses on it and access gateways.

An ISO? Usually this comes in appliance form. If you have an ISO you may have a virtual appliance designed to run in a Xenserver environment. I would make sure you understand what you have in your hand first.
Citrix Systems SSL VPN, Secure Remote Access ? Citrix Access Gateway
*edit* I just checked this out and their virtual appliance is compatible with VMWARE as well.

You install Secure Gateway from the XenApp DVD. You linked the CAG. Different animal.
Here's a link to a walkthrough. Brush up on SSL certs too.

I am mixing up the secure gateway with their secure access gateway appliance, the two are not the same.
