Best way to send form email from a template?

im not much of an exchange guy, whats the best way to set up a template (or something like that) that a select group of users can access and have it sent to customers from a generic address like [EMAIL="info@theircompany"]info@theircompany[/EMAIL]?

kind of like a recurring billing form thats built into the body of the email?
