MAC and IP source routing

I know that linux can check source ip address of packet and if it destined to goole it will forward it immediately, but if it is destined to yahoo it will check the source mac address and only if it has the same value like which is in configuration file it will forward the packet! Do you know how I can do the same using cisco router, or if don't know tell me please how can I ask it to cisco if I need surely get an answer?
