Default PST to IPD or to Blackberry?

I activated a phone for one of my user and the user complained that some of her emails were missing. She forgot her pw and I had to wipe and reactivate her BB. I tried to sync it with DM but it did nothing. Is there a way I can create a PST and import some of those emails to her BB?
