what is this?

hey guys
I have a cisco 1700 router it is those SOHO type routers that
are used for site to site vpns setup by AT/T. It has interface cards in it but looks like each have rivets that hold the cards in place vs the typical screws with springs? how do I get these cards out of this device to put different cards in or am I out of luck?
