Need consulting advice

Hey guys,
So I'm new to the whole consulting game and I'm working with a client that was sent up by my grad school as part of an internship. The issue is that an established general purpose website for seniors wants to implement a dating service (I'm not involved in marketing or customer acquisition). I'm thinking of creating all the requirements necessary in an RFP and sending that to various vendors. My fear is that I won't be able to find a vendor that can incorporate all the needed features in a product. Cost is not really much of a factor but after doing a lot of research, there seem to be very little reputable vendors who specialize in dating service. Are there any good vendors you know of that could create such a solution or perhaps other solutions I should be looking at?
