Am I ready for 70-270?

I passed 70-270 techexams with 90%. I'm also studying the technotes, studysheet I got off of different websites, and planning to purchase examcram2. Do you think this is enough for me to pass the real exam? I'm taking it on April 1st.

I would say if you study hard, and do well with the ExamCram, you should be okay. It wouldn't hurt to have a second source though.
