Hey all,
I am tasked with making some documentation for new users. It is the basics, your username, default password, your email, how to set up email, etc......
I know it is a fairly simple process but I was wondering if any of you could give some examples of what you have in your shop. I am curious to see how different some of them might be from the ones I am creating.

cyberguypr Mod Posts: 6,928 ModMy main suggestion is to keep it simple, be clear and concise and provide screenshots where possible. Summarize best practices (change pwd right away, don't write it anywhere, lock screen when walking away, etc). Communicate policies; confidentiality, acceptable use, etc. Explain how Help Desk works; services, hours, process to submit tickets, after hours supports. If required, include voicemail instructions.
