Juniper
How to get JuniperOS for learning
rnutter
I am looking at a job with a company that is a Juniper shop. I have a background in Cisco but would like to learn more about Juniper. Since I dont know anyone that has Juniper gear, I am trying to find a legal way to get a copy of JuniperOS to try running under VirtualBox (that I have read can be done).
If I get the job, I will probably want to start acquiring some physical gear for my lab at home.
I have tried emailing Juniper for over a week and all I have been able to get out of them is that I have to have a serial number before they can verify my access. Is there a way I can legally acquire access to JuniperOS so I can better my chances of getting the Juniper job ?

Actually substitute Cisco in your question and you have your answer. You may wish to read the olive sticky threads in this forum. Also look at Junipers free intro courses and documentation.
