new job oppertunity

I haven't been looking for a job, but out the blue I get a call today for a huge ATM to MPLS transition. I have been doing voip support for the past few months and this will get me back into real engineering, instead of tier 3 support which gets old. I do like this job but the company is small and I don't feel any promotions coming as they really need me here. The new job comes with 30k more and way better benefits. I'm stuck between leaving a good company that will take forever to get anywhere. Or take the money while its in front of me.

As far as which one to go with, I'd leave a support role to get back into engineering any day of the week. I hate dealing with customers. The extra money is icing on the cake.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -
