Has anyone checked out the Microsoft's Career Factor?

It's kinda like Survivor but it's Microsoft stuff.
The awesome thing is you can vote and follow the contestants. Which sounds like a good idea but guess who's leading the vote! The pretty blond girl with over 10k votes, just a smidgen under 55% of the overall votes.
Just to put things into perspective Simon, who is in last place, has 71.......
