am I Eligible??
Hi all,
I am new to this forum and this is my First Post. I have done B.E Computer Science and Engineering, now I am Working as Application Programmer. Technology is Mainframe. I do have 1 year of experience. I want my career to be in Information Security side. Then I came to know about SSCP.
Requirement for SSCP candidates, they mentioned like
Yes, I can subscribe to (ISC)2 code of Ethics. But I dont have the Experience in information security side.
They also mentioned like
I am confused. Am I Eligible or not to take SSCP???

ramkbala Registered Users Posts: 3 ■□□□□□□□□□Thanks for your quick reply.You can still however take the exam and if you pass you will be given the 'associate' designation until you earn the required experience.
My understanding is, though I dont have 1 year of experience in any one of the 7 SSCP domains, I can take the exam. After Clearing the exam, they will give me Associate designation.
Could you please give more information on the Associate Designation and SSCP? -

when I have to paypay AMFs, submit CPEs, update profile settings, review transactions, and more?
Also please mention some Study Guides for the Associate for SSCP Exam.
