Where to get vouchers with free retest

I heard of some places that are selling test vouchers with a free retake if you fail.

Anyone know any of these places off hand?

    I think it's up to the vendor whether or not you get a free retake. I've never heard of vouchers being sold which also give you a free retake.

    Are you confusing the free retake MS is currently offering along with using a voucher as a payment method?
