Is there a 70-290 equivalent?

Is there not a 70-290 equivalent that gets you familiar with server 2008 for the MCITP track? 70-290 seems like a great exam to get familiar with the server environment for someone with limited/no experience... what do most people start with on the MCITP:SA or EA track to get familiar with server 2008R2?

I'd say the 70-640 comes closest to being the equivalent of the 70-290, but it's more like a blend of 70-291 and 70-290. Most concepts remain the same though.
