best file copy

hey guys gals
what is the best file copy program. I have used ROBOCOPY
but is there anything better that does this:

1. has gui and command line options
2. retains time stamps on files
3. retains NTFS permissions

I dont care if I have to pay for it but I want something good. really good!

XXCOPY is a comprehensive tool with MANY MANY options, not sure if anyone has created a gui for it though.

For 100s of years I am using Totalcommander

Queues up files and doesn't stop the whole copy process (like explorer does) when copying 1000s of files and just one cannot be copied for some reason.

Edit: meh - command line option .. not sure it has that ... Don't forget the build-in RoboCopy ...(talking W7 and 200

Teracopy is one I enjoy using, I am not sure if it copies all the permissions over though:
