Restore backup Sequence

I suddenly confused on the sequence of inserting the backup tapes.
For example, we need to restore from 3 seperate tapes - daily, incremental and normal tapes. What will be the sequence be like?
We will put in the daily tape, follow by incremental tape and at last the normal tape? or the other way round?
Another question that pop up my file, if you have 2 incremental backup. e.g You do normal backup on Monday, and incremental back on tuesday and wednesday. If a file is created on tuesday and deleted on wednesday, can we just restore directly from tuesday backup tape?

Yes, normal tape mean a full backup -

To make it simple, if there is a differential tape used, should we insert the normal/full backup tape first then the differential tape. I know this question is abit silly, but I did not get to see any examples from my textbook.
