You'll have an easier time with creating a computer startup script to deploy the software if you don't have ready access to something that will package it in a MSI.

This is from Oracle on how to extract the msi from Java.

You can use Orca to edit anything you need.

Java is an MSI wrapped in an executable. The first thing you need to do is extract it.

Appdeploy.com is your friend when it comes to packaging.

AppDeploy > Package Knowledgebase > Java 6 (Any Update Level)
