Outlook issue
Is anyone familiar with an outlook issue where users with permission to view a shared calendar cant access it? We've had this issue since before I came on board and google and anyone else hasnt been able to diagnose the issue successfully. The clients are using Office 2007, not sure about the exchange server.
Some users can see it and everything works fine, but some, well.. I thought it might be too many users trying to view it, but we added one of our techs fine.

Sounds like the permissions are skewed somewhere, but if many have tried and failed to diagnose the issue, it's time to engage Microsoft Support. I have dealt with them a few times, those guys have been awesome each time. -

It defends on what type of system you guys have. From where I work, certain folks don't have access on certain folders etc based on their certificates.Studying:
