No way! Now wait a minute, folks. Can this really be? I got this directly from Microsoft's website. Here is the link:
MCSE Certification | MCSE Training | Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
According to this if you have completed MCSE 2003 you can upgrade to both MCITP: SA and EA in just 4 exams! Sure, that's the "upgrade path" but it still seems like relatively and suprisingly few exams considering 1 is just a client OS exam. So I want to check with folks who have already upgraded. It seems like this is the quickest and cheapest route to upgrade from MCSE to MCITP: Enterprise Administrator. Am I interpreting this correctly? Would you agree?
Thank you for your feedback.

billyr Member Posts: 186Yep it's true. I took 70-647, 70-649 and 70-680 to upgrade to the MCITP EA.
It can take you even less exams altogether if you choose 70-680 (win 7) as one of your electives when you are still doing the Server 2003 track. -
