-Duration of the exam
-Number of question
-Minimum Number of correct answers needed to get the certification
I tried to find these details in microsoft official site, i found nothing.

Duration, usually between 2-3 hours but there is no rule
Between 45-64 but again no rule and you could have case studies
You can't know this, some questions could have wieght some could be beta ...etc
You need to get 700/1000

I wouldn't worry about those details, focus on study not on the exam structure.
