Lab book for 640-553

So I picked up the Official Exam Certification Guide. Looks like a good read so far. I'll make sure to keep it close to the toilet 
Can anyone recommend a lab book? Free if possible! If I have to buy one I may go with Cisco CCNA Security 640-533 Lab Workbook(e-Book) their lab book for the CCNA worked pretty well for me.

I also the used ciscokits.com (certificationkits) lab book for my CCNA studies and found it to be a good and helpful lab book. I would be curious to know if anyone here has used the CCNA:S lab book by certificationkits and what the experience was like.
