Video buffering?
I'm trying to watch videos for a class and I find that when watching the videos, the movies are constantly buffering. Now I have a high speed connection and no other part of my connection appears to be affected.
Specifically I can start the video which one video is lets say 15 minutes long, pause it to let it "load" for lets say 10 minutes, I come back and it plays for maybe 60 seconds before it starts buffering again. This will not do for a class with approx 30 videos, some over 90 minutes in length. Any suggestions?

The videos are presented through adobe connect pro. heres a similar situation. I can do a screen capture, but when it takes forever to view the presentation, it doesnt work well.
UPDATE: I figured out how to snag the video, not to shabby if i say so myself, but there has to be some kind of server side limitatation, this 15 min video is taking about 2 hrs to dl. But its better than what I had. I have to ask, why do companies have these restrictions? (bandwidth restrictions) -

Hopefully you don't have to wait 6 hours for that 90 minute video, not exactly on-demand learning is it. I would complain to whoever hosts the stream.
