urgent help in 70-351 exam

hi all my dear friends

yesterday i fail in 70-351 exam

and i have free second shot

as i registered with a 2 exams with 15% discount with free second shot

but 70-351 exam will retired in 31/3/2011

so how can i take my second shot

prometric didn`t send my any thing yet ...icon_sad.gif

    In your original voucher email, there is a link: Prometric Services: Testing and Assessment

    Click it and follow the instructions... then you will be sent another voucher for that exam. Hurry up, times are filling up :)

    You could be out of luck on this one. It can take prometric a couple days to recognize that you have failed and to allow you to reschedule. If that is the case, you might not be able to register for an exam tomorrow.

    If that is the case, your best bet is to call them (Prometric). Maybe they can work some magic and get you in even though the website isn't going to allow you to register for the same exam.

    Yeah call them. The website doesnt update sometimes for a couple to a few days.

    Even if someone was generous enough to call on your behalf, we likely wouldn't get anywhere as we have no legal ability to speak on your behalf.
    If your country is not listed, a toll-free number is not available; please call +31 320 239 800.

    And as for the language barier, I wouldn't be too concerned. I would expect that they either have a translator available, or at least someone who is trained in working with people who don't natively speak English.
