I am sure this question must have had various flavours to it and must have been asked millions of time earlier. I would like to take a fresh prespective for it
I am new to the CCNP world, started reading with the Ciscopress David Hucaby book...Zooomed throgh the first 6 chapters....but looks like the path is very steep ahead. My daily job does not involve a very high exp in terms of router/switch configs...its more of Network Operating Center job....
I want your advice, as to how to proceed with the study. I understand reading and understanding the concepts is imp, but when the books throws commands after commands ..wonder how can one remember all these commands with complex configs.
Can you please help me it.....

Lots of lab time and understanding the theory.
I work in NOC. I see SWITCH and ROUTE (the whole CCNP books) to be useful. I understand the config of the SWITCH/ROUTER when I back it up and configure it.
