Last time I checked the questions are still for Vista on the exam. Check on CompTIA's web site for to be sure: CompTIA A+ -

Actually I just passed the exams today and I had about 2-3 Windows 7 questions. What they mainly want you to know for the OS is where certain files are stored compared to previous operating systems.
