There is defiantly something to be said for compassion in management and company structure, but if nothing else I found this video interesting.
And doesn't every one meet people and want to make them feel happy? that just seems natural to me... the alternative is to not care or want them to feel unhappy, neither of which strike me as a way to get of to a good start?
