So the first thing I did when reading this was to quickly read the answers.
All available answers want to know if the IP list will allow a specific connection and deny all else. So there are no trick answers
Next I read through the access lists and threw away the ones that were invalid:
101 has the wrong source network
102 has the wrong destination network
103 has an invalid source wildcard mask given the source network address
105 has the wrong destination network
106 has both the wrong source and destination network
I didnt have to calculate the actual network for any of the subnets listed because all of the hosts fell outside the specified range of the access list's permitted network given the wild card bits.
This left only list 104 as valid and thus the only one that would allow specific traffic denying all else.Currently Working On: Openstack

Wow. It took me a few seconds to figure out the correct answer. This question is not hard at all, and I don't even remember ACLs very well... All I had to do was 'match' the subnets if you know what I mean.Current Goals: CCNP and RHCSA -

Hehe. It's not that I don't know ACLs, it's just that I don't remember it very well since I am not practicing it... Follow the other guy's steps and you will understand..Current Goals: CCNP and RHCSA
