Studying for 70-680, Any exam overlaps with it?

Hello!
I finished my college studies for now, have a couple of months free and I decided to jump back into my MS 70-680 studies.
The thing is that I'm wondering if I should study for another exam while I'm @ it.
Sometimes exams overlap a lot and is better to study for two (and take them if possible) instead of just one and save time.
For example A+ exams overlap A LOT between each other. So I think its a better idea to study for the whole certification as a whole.
So I'm looking at win7 certs and I see
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7
and
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7
who both have 2 exams as requirement and one is 70-680.
Does any of these certs exams are "similar" or have in common objectives enough for to be recommended to study for them at once. Or is better to study for those exams separated?
I like both support and admin paths so it doesnt matter. Although I would prefer the admin path.
I dont know if you guys get what im trying to say lol
Sorry, English is not my main language.
Thank you for your time.

I found the material for the 680, 685, and 686 to be fairly similar with some overlap. I think its a good idea to use sources for all 3 exams to study for them.
The 680 expects you to have some server experience / knowledge.

Thank you
It doesnt have to be like extreme similar exams
But if they have the same basics with Win7 and Server
and some objectives are kind of similar/overlap
I'm thinking I should study for them as a whole instead of separately

I think it's wise to study these together, since the material complements each other.
