Has anyone been watching these?

So far he's had Jack Dorsey (Twitter/Square), Jeff Smith (Smule), and the latest (and my favorite so far) Philip Rosedale of Second Life. I am by no means a programmer, only dabbled in HTML/CSS and started Java (lasted only a week or so lol), but I love these interviews almost more than TED talks. The guys are so insane about what they do and the programs they write/lifestyles they live. Check out Rosedale's idea for his coffee shop...I need to learn some decent skill so I can hang out there.
It's really been inspiring me lately, I've caught myself sitting down at 10 AM and accidentally going until 1 or 2 AM on 70-680 material/labs (and actually absorbing it). To me, I envision being a systems architect or the like and laying out these complex enterprises top to bottom like these guys do with their entrepreneur/programming passions.
Anyone else get pumped with stuff like this? Speaking of Kevin Rose - I also watch Diggnation weekly, but that's just plain-ole good fun
