Domain Location missing from select user or group

Hi

I am doing some labs concerning profiles on my windows 2003 server. When i select copy to under user profiles i am able to browse the network and select the desired domain. I am however not seeing the domain when i select permitted to use. When i select location from select user or group i am only seeing the local computer.

I am using a virtual machine for the server and client machine. They both have static ip addresses. I configured the cient to use the ip address of the server as DNS server ip address.
