Help with a few questions on CCNA Exam Sims

I am taking the 640-801 this wednesday and had two questions for any who can help. I have read on multiple topics that you can and can't use the '?' command for help in the exam sims. Anyone that has taken the exam recently can you answer this question? Also, if you can use it, is it limited to just the commands that are needed for completion of the sim or all commands. Secondly, I understand no one knows the exact grading of the sims, but does anyone know if they are graded on just the final result of your solution? I was wondering if you make mistakes in the middle of the sim, but fix your mistakes before you "copy run start" and exit out if they still deduct points for not doing it correctly in one smooth operation. Thanks for the help in advance and this website is great for just about any information you need on certs. Great to know its here.
