MCTS 70-400 & 70-401 Ideas?

in MCTS / MCITP on Windows 2008 General
What are your guys thoughts on these two exams? I'm seeing quite a few job postings looking for expereince with SCOM and SCCM, I really only have a general understanding of this software, is it too limited? Do many corps use this to monitor the health of their enviornments etc?
