I passed my CCNA back in 2007, I know that I received a CSCO Username (I think), but I forgot. How can I get my CSCO username? Also, is there a URL to verify CCNA certification?
I went to this CIsco URL:

The problem is that my ID doesn't have a 16 digits. Thanks

You can try this web page: Shortcut Redirect - Cisco Systems
Somewhere in here they changed the provider for the Certification Tracking System and now your Cisco.com is used to access the system (though the CSCO# is still used in the CCIE Lab Scheduling App).
If you have a Cisco CCO Login that matches your CSCO information, it may work -- otherwise you may have to open a support request with Cisco Online Certification Support.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!
