Good "real world" book?

in CCNA & CCENT
I realize this is a certification forum, but I figure this would be as good a place as any for advice. I already got my CCNA recently and I'm in like Jr. Network Position and I'm not getting much guidance from the senior admin and was hoping to find a book that was geared more towards real life adminstration. The majority of my work is on the LAN, with some responsiblity on the WAN. I feel like the CCNA was more of a broad brush type of thing and the training for it isn't geared towards the day to day management of the network.
Thanks for any suggestions.
