Nice intro to ITIL concepts, provides a brief overview of what ITIL is about.
I'd recommend it to those thinking about diving into ITIL as a quick way to determine whether you'll like the subject. Really, the rest of foundation-level information simply elaborates on these concepts and their interrelations.
