Advanced searches of the RIPE database?

I'm trying to search the RIPE database for all address ranges that include a *word* surrounded by wildcards. Unfortunately it looks like you can't do this with the tool provided by RIPE.
I've been searching for a solution and the best I have come up with is the below reference to an offline copy.

but I've been unable to find it. Does anyone know where it is? Alternatively does anyone have a direct solution to my problem?

I found a download available at ripe which seems to contain all IP addresses range but it is hard to process and export to a database, and it contains too much details: ripe.db.inetnum.
