Welcome Kit?

on my print out from my MCDST tests, it mentions Welcome Kits are available upon the completion of MCDST, MCSA, etc

is that just talking about buying the certificate? or is there an actual Welcome Kit?

There used to be official welcome kits that included wallet cards and everything that were discontinued something like 5 years ago. Late last year in an MCP newsletter the announced this was coming back by popular demand, but I haven't heard anything since.
