why cant I d/l backtrack 5?

I d/l backtrack 5, then it said I had to d/l winzip 72 or something..after I did that...I tried to double click backtrack 5 again, and then it asks how I want to open it..it has options like mircosoft, IE, adobe, blah blah? How do I get it to work?

Do you know how to burn a CD image? I use imgburn (in Windows).

Also, when I try to run Unbuntu on virtual box, I get this message "no bootable medium found! system haulted" ? what the heck?

You sound confused... do you know what an .ISO is and what it is used for?

Also, looking at their website the default version is for ARM processors, did you download the right version?
