I am A+ certified and been in the tech field for about 2 years. I have been using skillport software developed by skillsoft to prepare for the Network+ exam. I am pleased with it, however it seems to dive a lot deeper into certain aspects such as the 802.11 standards than what I feel would probably be on the exam. For example, it talks a lot about DSSS, FHSS, and PHY. Are these topics that I am actually going to see on the exam? It just seems a little unecessary and I was trying to save time if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
