Hacking is not legal, how do you practice real-conditions hacking, to improve your skills.

how can we learn hacking, without having your own LAN and system at home (wich can be expensive ).

Hacking is not legal on the public Internet unless you have permission from the authorities involved in what you are "hacking." You can hack as much as you want on your own private network. If a private a network is too expensive for you to build, finding a group of people who have already built their own red/blue team training network would be an option.

Hi iammi, Welcome to TE. You can also use Virtual Machines to perform hacking, decreasing some of the costs associated with learning. Grab a copy of VMWare Player, or VirtualBox and A few Linux distrobutions (Backtrack, Ubuntu, Damn Vulnerable Linux, Engarde), You can also Use the De-Ice Live CD's that can be found at Heorot.net and the pWnOS CD there as well.

If you want even more action, a few websites allow you to rent or use their network as part of courses. Packetwars I believe is one of those. Hack This Site is a good one for learning SQL Injection and other techniques. Good Luck!
