Have to do a lot of system upgrades and after each send a report. At first it was a simple e-mail for one person, but now it has grown to a whole department. At the moment my report has info like this:
Start date/time
Steps taken
Upgrade logs
My remarks
Fits in one page, but soon will have to share with our customer and I was wondering if there are some standards or smthg like this. Just want to do it right and professionally.
