I passed my CISSP but I am waiting on the endorsement process. For resume purposes should I state CISSP (Assoicate, Pending Endorsement) or just put ISC2 Associate ??

The problem with the "(pending endorsement)" is that it will stay on copies of your resume floating about the Internet years after you are a fully-certified CISSP. Endorsement only takes a few weeks, so it might be best not to change your resume until you can legitimately add "CISSP."
