Failed 70-680 twice, now what?

I didn't study very hard on my first attempt and got a 610, then I studied all of Professor Messer's videos and took notes on them and got a 628. I suppose I could've studied more but I felt extremely comfortable with all of the objectives after watching the lectures on YouTube. I just want to know where I should go from here, what Microsoft exam is easier than this one, any? I know there's a lot of people out there who have failed this test once or twice, I just want to know what kind of paths you guys took from there. Thanks.

If you have plans on doing MCITP EA or SA I would start on them and come back to Windows 7. Doing some of the server exams helps with the Windows 7 exam. -

Yeah I plan on going for the EA. I'm just kind of worried to go for a different exam because I can't even pass one over Windows 7 :S What exam would you suggest?

70-680 is not easy, I only barely passed with a 733, but was pleased to pass it in one go. Some recommend reading the 70-686 book to pass 70-680.
To start off with the EA, I would go with 70-640 but you might want to wait for the second edition of the MS Press book to come out in August. The exams have R2 content that the books don't cover at present, but I'm sure the second edition will.
In the mean time maybe go for something like Security+ or read the 70-686 book and take another shot at 70-680? -

well isnt the 642 R2 book out? I believe so, I have it in Ebook form.
